You know the drill. The lab sent a PDF on WhatsApp. The prescription is a photo somewhere in the gallery. The hospital has its own app with a password nobody remembers. And the older reports are in a folder at your parents' house.
Someone forwards it, someone renames it, and three months later it's forty messages up in the family group.

Collect
Photograph a paper, or save a PDF from WhatsApp straight into the app. It doesn't matter if nothing has ever been digitised before. (The ABHA connection, which will pull in records hospitals already hold, is in progress.)

Each family member gets one timeline. Wellkept reads the values, medicines and conditions off each paper so you don't have to type them in. Three years of blood tests turn into one line you can follow.

India's data protection law says consent has to be specific, informed, and as easy to take back as it was to give. We took that literally.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, nominate someone to act for you, and complain to our Grievance Officer at [grievance email]. If we don't sort it out, the Data Protection Board of India can.
A child's profile is set up by a parent or guardian. An adult's records need that adult's own consent, given on their own phone.
